I truly believe that the base makes the face. You can have the most amazing eye make-up, perfectly glossed lips and eyebrows arched to perfection but the effect is lost if your base is patchy, uneven and dull. I put my motto into practice with every make-up application by using my skills to create a flawless base that will give you the complexion you never knew you had.
