Massage is a great way of de-stressing, boosting circulation and removing toxins and this particular routine is extremely simple yet effective at soothing tired, achy muscles.

Statement Lips Tutorial

Here is an easy and informative way to change your make-up look simply by choosing three very bold and dramatic lip colours.  We haven't used lip liner or lip correction for the benefit of changing the lip colours in the video but if you were wearing this look yourself you'll get a longer lasting result if you use a liner as a base colour.

1960's Inspired Photoshoot

Here's an interesting look behind the scenes of a recent photoshoot with a 1960s brief. It was shot on location in the centre of Glasgow with model Nikki Roycroft, hair and make-up by me and photography by Iain and Stuart from ISD Images.  It was a great day (sunny but typically freezing!) and lots of great 1960's costume and hair changes.  You can see a selection of my favourite images from the shoot in the Homespa Portfolio.

Product Review - Biba Eye Palette

I've always been a fan of Biba and the iconic Barbara Hulaniki so the first thing to remember is that the Biba of old and the new, relaunched range are two different things.  Original Biba came to a close in 1975 but the name has lived on without its original creator and has really came back in force via House of Fraser in the last few years with a fabulous advertising campaign and gorgeous range of clothing, jewelery and accessories.
